Frame Racks
Guanella has SIX state-of-the-art, CAR-O-LINER frame racks and Car-O-Tronic measuring systems, which support the entire repair process – from initial damage analysis and assessment to final checks and documentation. Backed by the world’s most comprehensive vehicle database, the system allows Guanella to accurately and quickly target measuring points.
High-Tech Welding
Our specialty trained technicians demonstrate excellence in restoring structural integrity to your vehicle. Guanella has invested in the latest high-tech resistant spot welds to be able to match the factory spot welds on your vehicle. Guanella also invested in advanced plasma cutters, MIG welders, and aluminum welding equipment to again match the factory.
Infrared Curing
Many shops rush the repair and priming process without allowing proper drying time, resulting in an incomplete finish. Guanella has installed four down draft pre-booths that are equipped with a high output infrared curing system, which is applied at each step of the repairing process to ensure a durable and long-lasting finish.
Paint Shop
Guanella’s high-tech paint shop uses only the very best paints from Standox. Guanella has installed two of the best European downdraft spray booths, especially designed to spray the new waterborne base paint coats. Every vehicle is baked at 160 degrees for 45 minutes to ensure a stronger and more chip-resistant finish.
Suspension Alignment
Guanella has left nothing to chance by installing a Hunter top-of-the-line alignment rack. We check and correct the alignment on every vehicle to ensure proper handling and tire wear for your driving safety.
Full Detailing
Guanella has put in a full-service detail department. With all the latest equipment, every car repaired at Guanella receives a complementary full detail – inside and out – by our professional detail department.
